Description [src]
Creates a new GtkToggleButton containing a label. The label
will be created using gtk_label_new_with_mnemonic(), so underscores
in label indicate the mnemonic for the button.
Parameters

Type:
const gchar*The text of the button, with an underscore in front of the mnemonic character.
The data is owned by the caller of the function. The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
Return value
Type: GtkWidget
A new GtkToggleButton.
