Description [src]

Emits the GtkTextTagTable::tag-changed signal on the GtkTextTagTable where the tag is included.

The signal is already emitted when setting a GtkTextTag property. This function is useful for a GtkTextTag subclass.

Whether the change affects the GtkTextView layout.
