Description

Queries the stream information asynchronously. When the operation is finished callback will be called. You can then call g_file_input_stream_query_info_finish() to get the result of the operation.

For the synchronous version of this function, see g_file_input_stream_query_info().

If cancellable is not NULL, then the operation can be cancelled by triggering the cancellable object from another thread. If the operation was cancelled, the error G_IO_ERROR_CANCELLED will be set.

Parameters

attributes

Type: const char*

A file attribute query string.

The data is owned by the caller of the function.
The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
io_priority

Type: int

The I/O priority of the request.

cancellable

Type: GCancellable

Optional GCancellable object, NULL to ignore.

The argument can be NULL.
The data is owned by the caller of the function.
callback

Type: GAsyncReadyCallback

A GAsyncReadyCallback to call when the request is satisfied.

The argument can be NULL.
user_data

Type: gpointer

The data to pass to callback function.

The argument can be NULL.
The data is owned by the caller of the function.
