Description [src]

Launches an application to open the file.

This may present an app chooser dialog to the user.

Available since: 4.10

This method completes asynchronously. Use gtk_file_launcher_launch_finish() inside the GAsyncReadyCallback to obtain the result of the operation.

Parameters

parent

Type: GtkWindow

The parent window.

The argument can be NULL.
The data is owned by the caller of the method.
cancellable

Type: GCancellable

A cancellable to cancel the operation.

The argument can be NULL.

callback
